Nothing personalizes a cookbook like a special photograph. Your own image(s) can be used to enhance your custom cookbook on the front cover and within the book itself. Remember, the sharper and clearer the photo, the better it will reproduce. Photos must be scanned at a high resolution of 300 (dpi). Then email the electronic file to Gateway. Additional charges for color reproduction will apply. See pricing page for details.
Advertising
Offering local businesses advertising space in your cookbook can raise additional funds for your cause. Selling ¼ page, ½ page and full-page ads are the norm. The fees quite often are set at $25.00, $50.00, & $100.00 respectively. The ads can be sold in black and white ink or color ink. With color ink ads, color-printing charges apply. There will also be the custom design fees for the typesetting and layout of each advertisement. |
